As a native of South Tampa, Susan has been involved in her community for over 45 years. She is a graduate of Plant High School and the University of Florida, College of Journalism. After college, Susan moved back to South Tampa where she raised her family. She dedicated her time to her community and participated on numerous non-profit board of directors focusing on the welfare of children in our community as well as their education in the Hillsborough County Public School System. In 2002, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, and became a founding member of a local South Tampa franchise of a national real estate brokerage. She served many years on the regional Agent Leadership Council (ALC), an invitation only committee made up of the top agents of the brokerage, chairperson of the luxury committee, and was awarded the regional cultural icon award for her ability to demonstrate the values of integrity, trust, and teamwork while leading with character, courage, and commitment. Susan holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, with recognition as a member of the Million Dollar Guild. In 2021, Susan joined forces with Ashley Terry and the Baldwin Terry Group was born. Through her involvement, Susan continuously strives to contribute to the growth and development of the Tampa Bay area, all while fostering meaningful connections and supporting local causes.
When Susan isn’t busy helping clients or volunteering in the community, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, playing a game of bridge, and planning special events with family and friends. She believes in the importance of building strong relationships and cherishing those moments with loved ones.
